This website is static and has no server-side form handler, so there is no contact form. Clicking the email link opens your own email program. If it does not, copy the address into your email service.

What to include

• The page address you are writing about.
• Your browser and device, if you are reporting a problem with a tool.
• A description of what you expected and what happened. Please do not attach private files or personal documents.

Privacy requests

For questions about your information, use the same address and put “Privacy” in the subject. See the Privacy Policy.

Response time

We read messages as time allows and cannot promise a reply date.

Before you write

• Check the tool’s page. The troubleshooting table lists the most common problems and fixes.
• Try a current version of Chrome, Edge or Firefox, because some features depend on the browser.
• Try a different file to see whether the problem is the file or the tool.

A helpful bug report

Please include the page address, your browser and device, what you did step by step, what you expected, what happened instead, and the exact text of any error message. Do not attach personal documents or photos. Describe the file instead, for example “a 3 MB JPG from a phone”.

What we cannot help with

• Recovering or repairing files. We never receive your files, so we cannot get them back.
• Contacting other websites or organisations about their upload rules.
• Legal, tax, financial or medical advice.

Security and privacy messages

Use the same address, and put “Security” or “Privacy” at the start of the subject so the message is easy to spot. The Privacy Policy explains what information we hold.
