Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 30 October 2026
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Use of the tools
The tools are provided free for lawful personal and business use. You may not use the website to process material you have no right to use, to break the law, to infringe others’ rights, to attempt to disrupt or overload the service, or to probe it for security weaknesses without permission. You may not use automated means to make excessive requests.
Your files and content
You are responsible for the files and text you process and for having the right to use them. You keep all rights in your own material. Because processing happens in your browser, we do not receive or store it, so we cannot recover files you lose. Keep a copy of every original and check each output before relying on it.
Availability and limitations
Tools depend on your browser, device and files, and may fail or behave differently with large, damaged, protected or unusual files. Results such as file sizes, quality and conversions are not guaranteed. We may change, suspend or remove any tool or page at any time without notice.
Intellectual property
The website’s text, design, illustrations and code are owned by the site owner or used under suitable licences, and may not be copied or republished as your own work without permission. Short quotations with a link back are welcome.
Third-party services and links
The website may link to or, in future, include services run by others, such as advertising providers. They have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
No warranty
The website and tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law permits.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site owner is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
[OWNER TO COMPLETE: the country or state whose laws govern these terms and where disputes will be handled.] Until this is completed, applicable mandatory consumer law in your place of residence continues to apply.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.

Who may use the website
The website is meant for a general audience. If you are under the age at which you can make binding agreements where you live, please use it with a parent or guardian’s involvement. You must not use it if the law forbids you from doing so.
What you may do
You may use the tools for personal, educational and business purposes, as many times as you like, without registering. You may link to our pages. You may not sell access to the tools, present them as your own, or copy substantial parts of the site’s text, design or code without written permission.
Material you may not process
Do not use the tools with material that is illegal where you live, material that you have no right to copy or modify, or material that is designed to harm others. Because processing happens in your browser we cannot see or check your files, so the responsibility for what you process is yours alone.
Accuracy of outputs
The tools aim to do what their pages describe, but file formats are complex and software differs. A converted, compressed, resized or merged file may look different from the original, may be rejected by another program, or may fail to open. Compare the result with the original before you rely on it, especially for official, legal, medical or financial documents, and keep the originals. Calculator and counter results follow the rules explained on each tool page, which may differ from the rules of your school, employer, shop or platform.
Feedback and suggestions
If you send us ideas or bug reports, we may use them to improve the website without owing you payment or credit. Please do not send confidential information.
Reports about content
If you believe something on this website infringes your rights or is inaccurate, email contact@shbonlineshop.com with the page address and a clear description, and we will review it.
Responsibility for misuse
To the extent the law allows, you are responsible for loss or claims that result from your own unlawful or abusive use of the website or from material you process with it.
Ending access
We may restrict or block access to the website for anyone who misuses it or threatens its security. You may stop using the website at any time.
General provisions
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, are the whole agreement about your use of the website. Failure to enforce a part of these terms is not a waiver of it.
What you need to use the tools
The tools need a reasonably recent web browser with JavaScript turned on. Some features, such as saving WebP images, depend on what your browser supports. We do not provide technical support, installation help or guarantees that a particular device or browser will work.
A free service
The website is free to use and there is no contract to buy anything. Because it is free, we do not promise any level of availability, speed or support, and we are not obliged to keep any feature running.
Linking to the website
You are welcome to link to any page of this website. Please do not suggest that we endorse you, your products or your website, and do not present our pages inside a frame so that they appear to be yours.
Reporting security problems
If you believe you have found a security problem, please email contact@shbonlineshop.com with the details before sharing them publicly. Please do not run tests that could disrupt the website for other people, and do not try to access anything that is not meant to be public.
Notices
When we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page. We do not have your contact details, so we cannot notify you individually.
These terms are a starting point and not legal advice. The owner should have them reviewed, and must complete the governing-law section before launch.
